Synopsis
- A seated ATM lesson working through each toe individually — pulling, lengthening, and separating one toe at a time from big toe to little toe, on each foot in turn, while letting the leg lift and soften as a byproduct rather than an effort. The later segments deepen the theme by pulling the toes downward toward the sole and drawing the foot toward the groin, then finish with a rocking, side-to-side movement lifting each leg in turn before standing to walk and sense the difference underfoot.
