Stacy Barrow’s Smartroller Lessons
Synopsis
This lesson plays with the opposite side of the Smartroller, resting on the same arc that traditional rollers have. By using the arms in a geometric shape like a rectangle, the lesson allows for a balance in muscle tone in the upper body. This can be extremely helpful for over use strains with workstation habits as well as supporting ways to integrate the shoulder with sports, and other functional activities. Many golfers have been able to putt easier after this lesson, noticing they do not over grip their club.
