Synopsis
- The Lesson is a continuation of the body image lesson AY 24. Here we are asked to measure in our minds different parts of our body, and compare them to other parts. For example the size of the foot compared to the size of the forearm.
Lesson Outline
- Highly condensed outline of key movements
Focus of the teaching
- Employing the body image in the brain and proprioception and interoception to measure and compare different sizes in our body, i.e the circumference of the neck in its narrowest place is about the circumference of the lower leg in the widest place. The size of the hand equals the size of the face equals the size of the forearm equals the size of the foot, he encourages us not to measure but to employ our body map described in AY24, to estimate.
