Theme: Squatting
The ability to squat appears to be mostly a lost art in adults in the so-called “developed” countries, and many new-age people decry this loss.
There are a number of lessons in the AY series that assist with knowing more about squatting.
This is a partial list:
AY 258: Bending & going down on one knee, through AY 262. You could quibble whether #261 is part of the series — but it helps. Then jump to 267 (Bending on one knee behind a chair)
I would also suggest that most of us who cannot squat need to learn lengthening the back (e.g. AY 268, 269, 270, 271, 272)
