Synopsis

  • Lying face up and face down, you imagine a rope tied around each knee, each elbow, with the knot distinct in your imaginary feeling, and you imagine moving this knot around the joint and feeling it and feeling the whole circle of the rope rubbing. Also around the bridge of the nose, and the place you fold in front when you sit (hip joints). This is combined with five cardinal lines and feeling the spine lengthen/flatten/get taller with an imaginary push from the sacrum/sits bones.
