Synopsis

Lesson Outline

  1. Prone, face to right, left ear on left hand, on top of right hand, feet in air.
    1. Lean feet left, let right foot slide.
    2. Where can you let go to go further? Where do you feel rotation?
    3. Sense ribs and abdomen
  2. Resume position,
    1. Lean feet left, observe breathing
    2. Stay at furthest point and “release the breathing”
  3. Face to left, reverse hands and head
    1. Do previous actions (1) & (2) to the right
  4. Face to right, glue legs together
    1. Lean legs left, lifting the right knee
    2. Place clasped hands on head, repeat the movement
  5. Face to left
    1. Repeat previous point to the other side
    2. Head on hands
    3. Hands clasped on head
      1. Also go to furthest point, stay and use the breath to separate the ribs
  6. Face to right
    1. Lean legs to right, lifting left knee, left hip leaves floor
  7. Face to left
    1. Repeat previous point leaning legs left
  8. Face to left, arms along body, legs glued together, knees bent
    1. Lean legs right. At furthest point, separate feet, return and close feet
  9. Face to right,
    1. Repeat previous point leaning legs left
  10. Face to right, legs together
    1. Lean legs left, at furthest point, separate the knees (only), return and close them
  11. Same to the other side
  12. Prone, forehead on hands
    1. Lean bent legs right, separate knees
    2. Also to the left
  13. Supine, knees bent. Lift right foot, hold right knee with right hand, right foot with left hand from inside, under arch
    1. Roll right and return. Let head roll to face floor
    2. Continue, taking left leg further behind, till you come to sit
    3. Roll back down to lying
  14. Same to the other side
  15. Come to sit in the same way. Stand. sense (BenP)
