- July 20, 1978, Lesson #12: taught ?
Synopsis
- The title bears no resemblance to the described movements and so I consider it incorrect. Perhaps the title from 1977 lesson 12 has been ‘borrowed’ (“tilting on knee on back – connecting to arms above head”). A more fitting title might be: “On stomach, tilting legs, separating knees or feet; on back rolling to side to sit”.
- Prone, tilting legs to the side, also with the face to the same side, also with the hands on the head. Also a “butterfly” movement separating the knees, or separating the feet. BenP.

- The lesson ends in supine, holding one knee and foot, rolling to the side, and coming to sit by means of moving the non-held foot backwards behind. This final action integrates the earlier elements of the lesson: twisting the spine, twisting the head, rotating the femurs inwards and outwards in the hip joints.
- The final action of coming to sitting is not very evident. Explore further to see how this movement can be exectured. BenP.
