Synopsis
- Moving the head in a pendulum action in various positions, cross legged, leaning on the hands behind, on one knee, on both knees.

The words written sometimes are verbatim, sometimes close to verbatim and sometimes my interpretation of the words that are written by Moshé Feldenkrais. — Ute Müller

J Searle – Note the following lesson AY66 has an incorrect title and explores the same actions as AY65. Worth considering whether you might like to explore AY66 first and then AY65. AY65 explores the same actions in more complex variations eg kneeling, half kneeling.
