Synopsis
- A lesson improving squatting.
Lesson Outline
- Standing, with the hands on the floor, lifting and lowering the pelvis. Also on hands and knees, also on the knees with one hand on the floor, moving the pelvis backwards and sideways to sitting with the bottom on the floor; also going from kneeling to lying in one move by shifting the feet to the side so the pelvis can sit on the floor, also going from lying to sitting to standing by coming forwards over the soles of the feet.
