Synopsis
- This lesson seems to be a facimile of AY1.
- Side sitting, execute side bending of the trunk with variations in the use of the two hands. The hand that one leans on: long arm, leaning on the forearm, leaning on the other arm. The hand that constrains the movement of the head: hand on the crown, hand on the chin, arm in the air.
