- This coordinating flexors and extensors lesson has three constituent configurations, i) tilting crossed legs, ii) tilting arm triangle, iii) hugging chest and turning it. The lesson is asymmetric, what happens on one side is not done identically on the second side. The process is more to explore different aspects using the three configurations, than going through the processes symmetrically. (BenP)
