Synopsis

  • In various positions, including standing with bent knees and leaning hands on thighs; kneeling; hands and knees; kneeling on one knee and one foot; lying face up; same but propped up on elbows. Take the tailbone backwards and connect this to taking the shoulders forwards, tilting the head back, opening the mouth, and sticking out the tongue, wide and norrow.
