  • From Lying on the back to sitting via shift balance and via swinging and holding straight leg

Lesson Outline

  • stand both feet. hold right knee from behind. straigthen right knee. pull head to knee.
  • same on left side
  • stand both feet. hold right knee from behind. straigthen right knee. pull head to knee. straighten and bend left knee.
  • same on left side
  • stand both feet. straigthen right knee. hold right ankle. head to knee.
  • same on left side
  • stand both feet. straighten right knee. hold right ankle. make circles with right foot on ceiling.

  • left leg long. right leg long held with hands behind knee. swing right leg to come to sit.
  • same on left side
  • left leg long. right leg long held with hands behind knee. bend/extend left leg to come to sit.

  • both legs straight, hold with your hands behind knees, knees apart, pull knees closer to body
  • both legs straight, hold with your hands behind knees, knees apart, come to sit with straight legs
  • both legs straight, hold ankles, knees apart, make circles
