Synopsis

  • Lying on your back, you stand one foot and then the other to lift the pelvis and roll it, keeping the knee standing over the foot, feeling the connection to the head being pushed up and the chin moving away from the neck, and the arm on the same side as the pushing foot lengthening overhead on the floor as well. With the arms alongside, you also connect from the elbows to lifting the shoulders and sliding the head to stand it on its crown. Then you join this to lifting the pelvis with a slight lengthening of the knees away.
