Synopsis
- Synopsis: From lying on the back to sitting up without leaning. The lesson emphasizes minimal effort, efficient movement, and moving without disturbing the breath.
Lesson Outline
- Lie supine. Lift the right arm with the elbow bent and the hand soft. Lengthen the arm to the left (as if to sit) and lift the right shoulder blade.
- Repeat the movement without disturbing the breath.
- Repeat the movement with the left arm.
- Lift both arms, interlaced, in a circle, and lift the shoulders while keeping the head hanging.
- Bend the right knee, stand the foot, and lift the right arm with the head hanging.
- Lift the right leg, hold behind the knee, and push the leg to lift the shoulders.
- Repeat step 6 with the left leg.
- Lift both arms, interlaced, in a circle, and roll to the left.
- Interlace fingers, turn to the right, and lift the head.
- While lying, hold both knees. Push one knee forward, then the other, lifting the shoulders and turning the head. Then do it while pushing both knees, letting the head hang behind.
- Lift the right arm, bend knees, and come up to sitting.
- Roll right and left, sit up with the help of hands.
- Stand up and observe feelings.
