Lesson Outline

  1. Supine, feet standing. Lift the right shoulder. Feel the clavicle & scapula. Examine the need of the head to move.
    1. Continue, let the face turn left.
    2. Continue, let the face turn right. Seek out simplicity, synchronicity.
    3. Continue, let the face turn left again… or switch sides without interruption.
  2. Stand. Turn the face right and left. Sense difference.
    1. Look forwards, move the right shoulder forward. Do not  move the left shoulder back nor the right hand forward.
    2. Continue, also turn the face left.
    3. Continue, what do the eyes do? Let the eyes keep on the horizon and not skip.
    4. Continue, and turn the head and eyes right.
    5. Lie. Sense.
  3. Supine, stand the feet, lift the left shoulder many times.
    1. Continue and turn the face right.
    2. Continue and turn the face left.
  4. Stand, move the left shoulder forward. And also turn the face right.
    1. And turn the face left.
    2. Two shoulders: turn the face left, left shoulder back, right shoulder forward.
    3. Continue, but turn the face right.
  5. Supine. Do the same on the floor. Feet standing, turn both shoulders left and the face too. “Turn the head so you will see the floor close to the face.”
    1. Continue but turn the face to the right.
  6. Stand, turn the face and the shoulders to the right. Attend to eyes.
    1. Continue but turn the face left.
  7. Supine, do the same shoulder movement. Turn the shoulders to the right. Also the face right.
    1. Now turn the face left, shoulders right.
  8. Supine, legs long, lie the right arm above the head, left arm downwards, palms to ceiling. Lengthen the arms. Does this action turn the body? Let the legs be spread wide. Let the left hip from the floor each time. Also look at the right hand, back of head to left shoulder.
  9. The other side. Extend the left arm up and right arm down. Lengthen the two arms away, look at the left hand. And also lift the right hip.
  10. Extend the right arm up, left down, now turn both, palms downwards. Lengthen the arms, lift the left hip, look to the right hand. The hand position “becomes comfortable to the extent that you can turn.”
  11. Extend left arm up, right arm down, both palms downwards. Extend the arms, lift the right hip, look to the left hand.
  12. Stand. Turn the shoulders and head left. Easier? And to the right. Easier?
  13. Now turn the head and shoulders left, but the face right.
    1. Now all together, head and shoulders right.
    2. Now everything to the left, head and shoulders.
    3. Hug yourself at the shoulder blades, move the shoulders and head in opposition. Slowly, so you organize the timing and smoothness and eyes. Then, also go faster.
    4. Change over the arms and continue.
  14. Stand, legs spread, hang the arms. Turn the body right and left, let the arms swing. The backs of the hands will touch the back.
    1. Turn to the right and with the eyes, look the furthest to the right and then to the left.
    2. Turn to the left and also lift the back heel.
    3. Continue but turn the head opposite to the arms. Go slow first. Go fast, lighter.
    4. Continue with head and arms in the same direction.
    5. Rest on the back.
  15. Supine, stand the feet. Lift the right shoulder. And look to the right.
    1. Lift the left shoulder and look to the left. Is selective movement now easier?
  16. Stand, walk.
