  1. Highly condensed outline of key movements

1. Supine, feet standing, hug chest in the Feldenkrais way
__1. Turn the trunk and head left and right

2. Change the hands over, repeat (1)
3. Stand the left foot, hug chest
__1. Turn body and pelvis together, to the right several times
__2. But now turn the face in opposition – to the left
__3. Do it quicker and simpler
4. Repeat (3) with the right foot standing
5. Stand both feet, hug chest
__1. Turn the chest in opposition to the head
__2. Do it quicker and simpler
__3. Change the hands, continue
6. Stand the feet, lift the pelvis in order to place the right hand behind the lumbar curve, pull it with the left hand. Pull the right hand to the left
__1. Lower pelvis, roll the body and head right and left
__2. Continue, but turn the head in opposition
____1. Is it possible to insert the hand higher up behind the back?
__3. Do it quicker and simpler
7. Do (6) with the other hand (left hand behind)
8. Prone, left palm next to shoulder, elbow in air; place the back of the right palm on the floor next to the left hand; the arm is straight; legs spread
1. Push with the left hand to roll the body right
__1. Do not let the body lift; this is a sign of stiffness in the chest and shoulder blades
__2. But let the head lift as necessary
__3. Gradually it will not be necessary to lift yourself up
__4. Roll both right and left; the arm stops being an obstruction
9. Prone, repeat (8) on the other side
10. Prone, left palm next to shoulder, right arm crosses body, but is below the left hand (towards the feet)
__1. Repeat (8)
11. 11.Prone, repeat (10) on the other side
12. Prone, left palm next to shoulder, with the right hand hold the left side of the back of the neck from in front of the head
__1. Roll the body right
__2. Change the arms on repeat (12.1)
13.Prone, cross the arms across the chest, palms to ceiling, spread the legs
__1. Roll left and right
__2. Do it quicker and simpler
__3. Change the arms and repeat (13.1)
____1. Note that one knee can bend and crawl
14.Prone, cross the arms across the chest, palms to ceiling, spread the legs, stand the toes
__1. Push the floor with the toes, forehead on or close to floor, move the body forward and back
__2. Change over the arms
15.Sit with crossed legs
__1. Slap your hands on your back (hug yourself) like in winter to warm up

__2. Go faster
__3. Stand, do the same thing
16. Stand, sense. Walk.
