Flexing feet, supine:

- SB2 Flexing and Extending the Foot while pressing body parts and Lengthening

- SF3 – Day 28 – 1 August 1977: Coordinating different combinations of flexing wrists and ankles, pressing/raising shoulders and hips, elbows and knees, etc.
Lifting one vertebra after another, supine:
- SF3 – Day 12/A – 30 June 1977 – Spinal chain, lengthening arms out to the side
- SF3 – Day 14 – 6 July 1977: Pressing and lifting shoulders and hip joints
- SF3 – Day 15 – 7 July 1977: Spinal chain continued (taught by Mia Segal)
- SF3 – Day 11/A – 29 June 1977 – Spinal chain with embedded lecture on getting a clear concept of structure
- SF3 – Day 11/B – 29 June 1977 – Spinal chain resumed
Spinal chain:

Kinesthetic sense:
- SF3 – Day 17 – 12 July: On back, lying with one foot standing along outside of opposite leg, finding stability
- SF3 – Day 26 – 27 July 1977: Prone, tilting pelvis, relationship of breath and movement to back and ribs. Continues into kneeling on all fours.
- SF3 – Day 32 – 8 August 1977: Supine, tilting legs to side, arms overhead, connecting arm movements with legs and back. Same with soles of feet together.
