Lesson Outline
This is the first 8 steps (out of 14):
- In standing, hang your right arm and with the weight of the right arm, lift the left leg from the floor. Do the same on the other side. Then, do the same, but after you feel the body is standing – let of of the arm and the leg so they fall to the body and then lift them back again. Do the same on the other side.
- In Standing, lift the right arm over the head and take hold of the left temple. Take the head to the right with the help of the arm until the left leg leaves the floor.
- Try it again with the right arm only
- Do the same thing on the other (left) side
- In standing, make a small step with the right left forward. Stand with all the weight on the right leg. Stand so the toes of the left foot, just the big toe from behind is standing with the left knee soft. Both arms are hanging. Then take both arms and the left leg backward so as to stand. (Left leg lifts)
- Repeat 5 but once you are standing on the right leg, let arms and leg fall to the body without touching the floor.
- Repeat 5 and 6 on the other side.
- -14: Do more stuff.
