The Esalen Institute invited Moshe in 1972 for his first major teaching visit to the US. Judith Stransky took notes during the workshop that captured the lessons almost verbatim. The lessons were also recorded and are available in mp3-format from IFF materials since 2015. This collection includes an introduction and general remarks in recordings #1 and #2 that are not part of the “Stransky notes”. Therefore the numbering is offset by 1. It is important to note that the titles of the lessons also differ slightly.
