A theme that ties together quite a number of ATM’s in the Yanai series is that of advanced balance in standing.
This became apparent in Volume 6, part B and so most of my current notes relate to that Volume.
I propose that the series starts at AY 274, “Introduction to Walking” and continues with #275 and #276, then jumps to 281 thru 284, then continues with #289 for a long series to #300.
Not all in this series are in standing. Sometimes there needs to be a detour in other positions from #292 (Basic Movements of the toes) and #293 (Distinction of the vertebrae in swinging) to #295. But all these make 296 more interesting as one slowly regains verticality.
